Everything TMR stores is under your control. See the steps.
Each evening, open the review to close today and plan tomorrow: give unfinished tasks a home, pick one priority, and add times where they’re real. During the day, work from the Planner and check off habits as you go.
Unlimited habits, goals and collections, longer stats ranges, Apple Health, Calendar and iCloud sync, interactive widgets, Siri and Shortcuts, the focus timer, repeating tasks and habit reminders, and on-device Apple Intelligence features. See the full comparison.
iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. Apple Intelligence features need a compatible device with Apple Intelligence turned on. Apple Health features need an iPhone.
On your device. If you turn on iCloud sync (TMR Plus), it’s also stored in your private iCloud database, which only your Apple Account can access. We don’t run servers that hold your plans.
Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account on each device and that iCloud is allowed for TMR under Settings → [your name] → iCloud. Changes usually arrive within a minute when both devices are online. Opening TMR on each device helps it catch up.
Yes. With iCloud sync on, sign in and open TMR on the new device. Without sync, your data moves with an iCloud or computer backup of the old device.
Edit the habit or goal, turn on Apple Health, choose a metric such as Steps, and set the target. TMR asks for permission to read that data type the first time.
Check that TMR still has read access in the Health app (your profile → Apps → TMR), that the day’s total has passed the target, and that the data reached your iPhone. Apple Watch data can take a few minutes to sync, and background updates may be delayed in Low Power Mode. You can always check the habit off by hand.
No. TMR only reads the data types you approve and uses them only to update your habits and goals.
Add your Google account on your iPhone in Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts and turn on Calendars. Then in TMR, open Settings → Calendar sync and choose which calendars TMR can see.
When you turn on Calendar sync, TMR creates its own calendar for your scheduled tasks. Changes made to those events in your calendar app sync back to TMR, and TMR writes only to that calendar.
The most recent change wins. If you edit a task in TMR and its event in your calendar app before sync runs, the later edit is kept.
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search for TMR, and pick Today or Tomorrow.
Try “Add a task to TMR for tomorrow” or “Show my plan in TMR.” TMR actions are also available in the Shortcuts app.
Open a task’s menu and choose Start focus. The timer appears on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island on supported iPhones.
Open TMR → Settings → TMR Plus → Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account that subscribed.
On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → TMR. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period. Apple handles all billing; we never see your payment details.

TMR doesn’t keep your plans on our servers, so deleting is in your hands. Follow the steps that apply to you:
Deleting data doesn’t cancel TMR Plus, which Apple manages. Cancel it in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
